Shipping & Return


We do our best to process your order as soon as possible. The buyer is responsible for all charges and payments of customs clearance fees, duties and taxes, if any. We do our best to choose the best shipping method for each order.

Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Some delivery delays can occasionally occur. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-72 hours.

Transit times vary depends on your delivery area. LTL Freight orders are processed within 24-72 hours. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days depending on the delivery location.

Notice: If you want to use a specific carrier, please add a note/memo to your order and we will contact you if there will be any extra cost for shipping.


Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling cost. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery. All customers need to visit your order history, find the order or send us an email with your inquiry. We will contact you later to give you the return instruction. After we receive your package, we need several days to do the inspection and paper work then get back answers to you soon.

If you pay the order by credit card, we can credit back to your credit card. If you pay by PayPal, we can credit back to your PayPal account within 60 days from the day you made payment. Longer than 60 days, the PayPal payment will not be accepted. It may take a few days for the amount to reflect on your credit card or PayPal account as we need time to do the paper work and the transaction takes time as well.
